Boarding Fees

We have two packages on offer!!!

1. Standard Package Includes:

• Accommodation
• Backyard to play in and relax
• Human companionship
• Sleep inside or outside
• A daily walk (1 hour)
• Around the clock care
• Dog owner to supply food (pre-packaged) 
• Playing
• One-on-one attention
• E-mail or phone carer to check up on your dog
• A brush once a week

2. Deluxe Package Includes:

• Deluxe accommodation
• Backyard to play in and relax
• Human companionship
• Sleep inside or outside
• Meals cooked e.g. meat, rice etc (food supplied by dog owner)
• Morning and Afternoon walks (2 walks per day)
• Around the clock care
• Daily brushing
• Playing
• One-on-one attention
• Plenty of affection and attention
• Report card on how your dog behaved
• Medication
• E-mail or phone carer to check up on  your dog
• FREE dog wash by a professional Dog Groomer (offer only for 10 nights or more)

The above rates are for a 24 hour period.  Anything over 24 hours will incur an extra days boarding. (The time you drop off your dog is the time you will be required to pick-up your dog. We are flexible within a 2 hour range)

Pick-up and drop off times are between 9.00am - 5.30pm.

These prices are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is taken and a deposit received, the quoted price will be honoured.

Deposit:

Two day’s boarding fee - The deposit is required at the time that you make your booking. The deposit is non refundable if you cancel your booking.

Payment:

The balance of the payment for your booking is due two weeks before your dog is dropped off to our carer.  We require payment by this time so that we can reserve your dog’s selected carer for you. We accept cash, money orders, internet transfers or direct deposit.

Cancellation Fee:

A cancellation fee will be charged.

If more than 14 days’ notice is given – 2 nights boarding fee

14 days or less is given – no refund issued.
