How will I know if the carer is suitable to mind my dog?

All carers a carefully screened, have a fully fenced yard and must have knowledge about dogs and of course love dogs.

I have two dogs can they stay together?

Yes we always put two dogs from the same family together.

Can I meet the carer before I drop my dog off?

Yes we encourage you and your dog to meet the carer before any commitment is made.

Can I check up on my dog?

Yes!! - You can phone the carer at anytime to check to see how your dog is settling in.

My dog sleeps inside do you cater for this?

Yes most of our carers will be happy to have your dog sleep inside.

What do I need to provide?

You will need to provide the dogs food, bowls, bedding, lead and any toys your dog loves to play with.

What happens if my pet becomes ill or is injured.

We will of course contact you straight away and take your dog to your preferred vet. If this is not possible we will then take your dog to the nearest vet.

What safety precautions do Holiday Heaven 4 Hounds take when walking my dog?

When dogs are walked by us they must be on a lead at all times and we also attach an identification tag to their collar.

I would like to make a booking, how do I go about this?

Click on make a booking link and complete the form. Once we have received the form we will then contact you requesting a deposit (two nights boarding). Once the deposit is received we will then search our database for the most suitable carer for your dog.

If I am not happy with the carers you recommend I visit do I get my deposit back?

Yes, we will fully refund your deposit if you are not satisfied with the carers.

How can payment be made to Holiday Heaven 4 Hounds?

We accept cash or direct deposit into our account.

When is payment due?

Payment is due 2 weeks prior to your dog being dropped off.

Do you charge extra on public holidays?

No our rate remains the same.
